This item is a vintage white milk glass hobnail table lamp, often referred to as a "Gone with the Wind" or hurricane style lamp. The hobnail pattern, characterized by raised dots, was first introduced in milk glass by Fenton Art Glass in 1950 and was very popular in the mid-20th century.
