By Celeste New York. From around the 1970's. it has a partial union label behind the designers label that helps date it. Back zip. No fabric content tag but I'm sure it's dry clean. The lace collar is probably discolored with age. It's more of a beige or antique white now. No size tag but the size chart I found the measurements make it a size 14-16 girls. Please use measurements to insure a good fit. 30 1/2" long. Laying flat seam to seam it's 16 1/2" across under the arms, 15" at the waist, 18 1/2" at the hips. 13 1/2" across the back of the shoulders. Very nice clean condition. No stains. It does not appear to have been worn. There is tear to the lace on the back at the zipper. It probably got hung in the zipper. Should be an easy repair. I ship same or next business day.
