The field pack stamp is faint, but appears to read 1944.
There are markings on the flap and back, but there is no significant damage or missing parts to the waterproof coating or main belts, and there is almost no fading, making it a superb condition item.
The suspenders have some minor scratches on the excess portion, but have not been cut or customized, and are in their original condition with almost no fading.
The cargo pack has only a marking that appears to be a name written on the bottom of the U.S., and the waterproof coating is supple.
The stamp reads only A-184 1945.
The appearance is similar to the field pack, so there is no sense of incongruity in the set.
