This is an olive drab C1 US pouch, early production type, designed to hold three M16 5.56mm magazines, as used by the US military.
The characteristic dividers of the early type have been removed.
It shows signs of use overall, but is in good condition with minimal fraying.
The markings have been lost due to aging. The "US" marking is barely legible.
