A warm, insulated garment that's weatherproof and has snow sport-specific features. The aptly-named Gatebreak Down Jacket features 550-fill power goose down, a durable water-repellent finish, and has lots of little details that will make your days shredding powder truly memorable. The Gatebreak jacket features a soft, breathable polyester shell with a water-resistant DWR coating to protect the loft and insulating power of the down insulation. The 550 fill isn't the lightest of loftiest on the market, but it's much less expensive than 850-fill down and provides a low-profile, yet comforting blanket-like feel that feels great when temps are really dropping. TNF hooked the Gatebreak up with an insulated hood, two zippered hand pockets, internal media and goggle pockets, and a wrist accessory pocket that's a perfect place to stash an RFID lift pass.
