This phone works but has the following issues:
1. The top .5 inches of the touch screen doesn't work.
2 . There are cracks on the bottom left corner of the front screen in the glass, led is good.
3. There are cracks in the top corner of the back of the phone outside the camera glass.
So is the phone usable? Yes if you can work around not having to use the touch screen in the the top about 1/2 inch of the screen. Other than that the phone has cracks as mentioned above but still functions as it should. Battery is good. It is unlocked for any carrier. Samsung s20 ultra. I will include a case I was using.
