These are pilot boots from the Romanian Air Force, dating from the 70s to 80s.
The inside is brushed.
The outsole is 28cm long, so the size is estimated to be around 26-27cm.
There is some aging, but the leather and soles are very sturdy.
Please note that there is rust on the buttonholes.
