These are Red Wing Pecos boots.
They are quite old and show signs of wear such as dirt and sole wear, but if you appreciate the character, they are still perfectly usable.
They have the printed "feather" tag with "MADE IN USA" on it, and appear to have been manufactured in the United States in the late 1970s to early 1980s.
