This is a Canadian military N-3B type jacket from the 1980s.
Genuine Canadian Army 80s Field Parka GENERAL PURPOSE N-3B CANADIAN FIELD PARKA
Speaking of the Canadian military, the parachute buttons attached with tape are a distinctive feature.
Originally, the name came from being attached to real parachutes, and they are more durable and less likely to break than ordinary sewn ones,
and above all, they serve as a design accent.
There are scratches on the back, small holes on the front lower part and sleeves, holes inside the pockets, and other minor scratches and stains.
They are not severe, but please consider this item with an understanding of military vintage items.
