The Ooni Karu is a powerful yet highly portable outdoor pizza oven that delivers authentic wood-fired cooking anywhere you go. Fueled by real hardwood or lump charcoal, it produces intense heat and rolling flames that cook true Neapolitan-style pizzas in just 60 seconds. The oven reaches up to 932°F in only 15 minutes, while an extra-thick cordierite baking stone retains heat for crisp, perfectly baked crusts. A custom fuel tray and adjustable chimney vent provide excellent airflow and precise temperature control. Lightweight and easy to transport, the Karu can also be converted to propane gas with an optional burner and is versatile enough for cooking meats, seafood and vegetables in cast-iron cookware.
