The auto-switching of the eye sensor does not work; it can be switched manually! The monitor may turn off depending on the angle when pulled out! I think it might be a connector issue, but I haven't touched it because I'm afraid! The lenses look clean to me, though I'm a novice. Operation is normal! Accessories include two batteries (genuine) and a charger! No claims, no returns, please!
