This is a great piece of art that has been framed in a gorgeous gold frame and double matted with a COA on the back of picture. It is ready to hang. Framing alone was over $350.00.
This picture is hand signed in the right hand corner of picture and numbered 178/450 on the left side of picture.
The frame measures 32" across by 32.5" tall. The image measures 18.5" x 19". The actual frame is 3 3/4" thick.
Certificate of Approval is on the back corner along with the art selling information.
Itzchak Tarkay is considered to be a key figure in the modern figurative movement. Artworks by the Israeli artist are instantly recognizable. His art has been featured in more than 50 exhibitions around the world. Tarkay passed away in 2012, leaving behind a legacy that not only represents a great artist, but a great man.
