The designer, Mr. Yasuhiro Mihara, appeared on the TV program "Jounetsu Tairiku" (Passionate Continent) during this season. During the appearance, he was wearing a pullover type of this knit, a different color.
He seemed to have liked this series, as he was often seen wearing it in magazines at the time.
The tag printing is faded, but it looks like it says "F," so I've categorized it as Free size.
My impression is that it's about an M.
