A gorgeous maroon long dress with pleated skirt and elastic waist. It comes with a slip attached to the dress and a black belt which can be worn with or separately. It has a keyhole opening with a button at the back and 3/4 length sleeves with a button on the cuff. The pleating is really cute and creates a really nice shape. The photos really don't do it justice. The dress is from Evans and I believe City Chic is one of their sub-brands.
