LEGO 324 House with Garage Building Set, 1965

This is a rare, 1960s LEGO set.
It's an old LEGO set, a 1965 Town series house with a garage.
Since it's from the 60s, I think you could call it Showa retro or a classic.

It includes many hard-to-find old parts, such as an opening and closing garage kit, old-style trees, and four types of old windows.
The garage door has a gimmick where it opens like in the second photo when you touch the plate in front.

There are no part substitutions or missing parts. There are some scratches on the blocks due to age, and some color unevenness on some of the blue parts.
A black miniature car is shown in the package photo, but it appears to be sold separately.
A color printed instruction manual will be included.

I'm offering a discount because the instruction manual is not original.
