This is a lightweight, soft cotton fabric. All over tropical print with embroidery at the split neck. A tie with tassels finishes the front. Ruffles trim the sleeves and collar. Elastic cuffs and straight hem line. Everything is in great condition. Bright colors, no fading or muddiness. No dry rot to the elastic. No stains/marks. No holes or snags in the fabric.
