Selling because I finally pulled one myself (my first secret ever!) Purchased this one from a reputable seller here on Mercari a few months back.
Light works great (and battery is interchangeable!) Slight scuffing on the the TV portion of the figure, only visible under certain lighting angles (example shown in an attached photo.) Not whether or not it's "intentionally slightly worn Hirono look" because I bought this one unbagged and am not opening the one I pulled until I sell this one. :)
