Fabric: Original selvedge denim created in direct collaboration with the textile mill, Yamaashi Orimono Goshigaisha, established in 1935 in Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture. The warp and weft blend, the weave, and even the shape of the selvedge were all meticulously considered.
The warm and expressive 14.5 oz fabric woven on old-style power looms is a masterpiece that reflects the 86-year history of the company.
The indigo warp threads are thoroughly white-cored and dyed with 16 rope dyeings, twice the usual amount, to achieve a deep indigo color. This design slows down the fading process, allowing for the enjoyment of the best aging effects for a long time.
No post-processing is applied; this is raw denim.

Sewing: The thread color, thread count, stitching, and thread embedding are all carefully considered to achieve the best balance and harmony with the beauty of the fabric.
Features include a 0.72cm wide felled seam, inseam stitching at the crotch, chain stitching on the waistband, V-stitch, hidden rivets, hidden bar tacks, and 1.5cm wide mountain-shaped belt loops.
While faithfully reproducing the "answers" born from the approximately 150-year history of jeans, the director's own thoughts are also reflected.

Pocket Lining: 9 oz plain-woven cotton-linen fabric is used.
The lot number is printed on it.

Silhouette: Based on a tapered silhouette, we have pursued a rugged and masculine look, creating our unique 【FREELY TAPERED】 design.
The waist and hip lines have been adjusted to allow women to wear them as well, making them suitable for a 【boyfriend fit】.

Leather Patch: 《Gibier Leather》 tanned without using trivalent chromium, using the hide of deer culled as pests in Tottori Prefecture, handled by Portilla in Tatsuno City. Local indigo dyers dyed the leather with 《natural indigo dye》 for 2.5 times the usual number of times, until almost all the oil was removed. After drying, the leather was stretched with hot water, infused with oil to restore it, printed, and then cut out with a mold to create a one-of-a-kind leather patch.
