It inherits the optical design from the EF50mm F1.8 II, which has a good reputation, and employs a coating suitable for digital camera shooting!!

Also, by changing the aperture from 5 blades to 7 blades with a circular aperture, it is possible to blur the background beautifully in a circular shape and create photographic expressions that make the subject stand out♪♪♪

When attached to the EOS series equipped with an APS-C size CMOS sensor, the focal length image is equivalent to approximately 80mm in 35mm format, making it an ideal lens for portrait photography(^o^)/
