A gorgeous ruffled silky summer top, only selling as it doesn’t fit me right. It’s a size 12 and I’d say it’s true to size although would look good on an 8/10 for a looser fit. I bought it off here and never wore it and it’s in great condition. Not sure of the brand as it was second hand but possibly vintage. The tie can be used on the front or back to cinch it. The ruffles are super flattering on the waist.
