This is a wooden shaft mechanical pencil made using Hon-Karin burr wood.
It is a hardwood from the Fabaceae (bean) family, known as a high-grade material. It features a beautiful reddish-brown color and unique burl grain, is hard and durable, and has excellent dimensional stability.
