This is a collaboration item between COACH and Selena Gomez. The heart-shaped keychain features the message "You're yourself first" and star-shaped studs. While a literal translation would be "You are yourself first," the intended meaning is closer to "Take care of yourself first."
It's a very cute item with studs and other embellishments. I've had it for a few years, but haven't had many opportunities to use it, so I'm listing it for sale. However, I'm somewhat hesitant to sell it, so I don't think I can lower the price.
