These are cufflinks made in England, purchased or received by my father while he was stationed overseas.
The hallmarks are an anchor (Birmingham), a lion (sterling silver), and a date letter Y. There is also a silver 925 stamp. The weight is approximately 17g.
On the back, there is a maker's mark "HD," but the workshop name is unknown.
