This is a thick knit sweater from Bottega Veneta.
The original price was close to 150,000 yen, so it's very durable, thick, and warm.
I purchased it a few years ago at the Bottega Veneta Gotemba Outlet for about 60,000 yen and wore it about 10 times before storing it.
