Judging from the fiber pattern inside the shell and the weight, it appears to have bulletproof performance (expiration date unknown).
There are no manufacturer tags or markings.
Based on the PASGT shape, shell paint, and the appearance of the liner/chin strap, it most closely resembles the PROTECH Delta 3 Helmet, but the liner color and chin strap buckle are different.
The FG-colored goggle band strap attached to the rear suggests it may be a custom PASGT.
