There is not a paper stating everything that’s included but you can confirm completion by searching for unboxing videos. This set includes: set of 2 sticky notepads, a metal stencil, set of 6 white gel pens, set of 5 metallic pencils, 2 sets of 2 sheets of stickers (4 total sheets), large (8x10) 40 page blackout book, set of 6 monthly inserts (Jan through June), and a journal bag (I believe it is B5 size).
