It's the same one that SixTONES' Hokuto Matsumura wore as an inner layer, making it popular!
It's a cute piece with the y2k colors typical of the 00s!

There are small color fades like in photos 17 and 18, and some signs of wear, but there are no other noticeable stains or holes, and it's still in good condition!
