This pretty Dress is in very good condition. I struggle with knowing what to call this fabric. It is Handmade, and the fabric is somewhat swishy.
The only flaw of note is that where the Frilly end along the bustline, the edge seems to have been created with some fishing line, and it is poking out. I will let you determine how you would like to handle that.
