I purchased this last year at a used clothing store, advertised as a 60s mohair cardigan. McGregor's "Midnight Sun" had a similar pattern in a different color, which sold for over 50,000 yen.
I believe the material is acrylic, not mohair, but it has a similar long pile and the black color is a great point.
Single-color black mohair from this era isn't something you can easily incorporate into your fashion, so I recommend wearing this casually.
