The scallop caped wool coat has a velvet collar, cuffs, and tailored bows, scalloped velvet layer on cape, self-covered buttons (extra one sewn in facing) and silk fabric flowers in the middle of velvet tailored bows on cape and matching hat. The cute hat has a big velvet band and a wool beret style top. The coat is empire with a full skirted body with an inverted pleat in back that is great with a party dress underneath.
