Vintage American knit from before the 1940s.
The thick, mottled knit fabric is characteristic of old knitwear, with uneven yarn creating a heathered effect.
It features a narrow V-neck and long ribbing, details found in old lettered knits.
The color is maroon, with a heathered appearance up close.
There is one repair on the back and some fraying in a few places, but no holes. The ribbing is undamaged, and considering its age, it's in good condition and still wearable.
I will ignore requests for a desired price, as many are from those without the intention to purchase.
